BAGLi doesn't offer hourly storage. Instead of charging $2-$3/hour, we offer a $5.99 flat daily rate. We want to unburden you by offering citywide storage, not stress you out with a running meter.

You can find all of our locations by inputting your address on our search page. In the unfortunate case we don't offer a location near you, please let us know! We're constantly adding new locations, and your feedback and requests are a big part of helping us focus on the right places.

You can store most items as long as they are safe and legal. They must also be accepted by the partner at our verified BAGLi Location. Please note that our BAGLi partner Locations have the authority to check your baggage in case he/she suspects you of carrying any illegal items. In some cases, the partner may ask you to show the items in your bag and if they are not satisfied, they may completely refuse you service. We will fully refund your booking fee in such cases.

Please make sure the individual picking up has the confirmation and an image of the tamper proof seal.

BAGLi locations are local Chicago businesses such as restaurants, hotels, and retail shops whom have extra space to store your bags in a safe, convenient environment. Our team personally verifies and trains each location before being listed on our page.

Booking at BAGLi offers an affordable option of only $5.99/day/item.

ABSOLUTELY! Each of our partner locations are personally vetted, verified and trained to care for your personal items. Each bag is also provided with a unique printed tamper proof seal and every booking is also insured up to $3000 just to give you an extra peace of mind.

BAGLi offers free cancellation just send us an email at support@mybagli.com and we’ll take care of you.

Our partners are vetted and approved to meet optima standards. We partner with coffee shops, hotels and bike shops around the city. Each partner is required to have a designated storage room or area that is enclosed and off limits to their customers. Tamper proof seals are also provided for each item, so you can go about your day worry free.

There is no size or weight limit, but our locations do reserve the right the to decline an item or charge additional service fees if it weighs more than 75 lbs. Reach out to support@mybagli.com for further questions if your item weighs more than 75 ibs.
